Excited for Maui

Hello hello people,
I know we aren't doing very well at keeping up with this thing but we are trying we promise. I could sit here and go on a rampage about all the pointless drama that has been going on in our lives, but I am going to refrain because that only takes away from the fact that we are so freaking excited to be going to Hawaii in less than 5 months!!! Can you believe it?? We are really looking forward to the wedding of course but also seeing all of our lovely friends and family! Also my Birthday is in just over a month.....whooo I'll be a big 2-5!!! Omg, that is liek a quarter century.....no I'm kidding I know I am young. Terran and I are still going to be starting our search for a house here come July, which should be fun and stressful all at the same time. My boss got fired from here, so in the next few weeks I will be putting together my resume and applying for his job. I am really excited and I really hope I get it! Ok people, that's about it, we miss you all and hope you are having a wonderful summer!

Wow So Longggggg

I know it has been way too long since we have posted. But there has been soooo much to do, and we have been super busy! So here is a nice lil update. First and foremost we are now getting married in Maui, HI. We are so excited and can't wait to see Hawaii. It will be so nice to have a small nice little beach wedding. We are seriously stoaked and can't wait to get there. With that said, we will also be having a reception after our wedding in Hawaii, in both, Arizona and Portland, to share our wedding with people who clearly could not make it all the way to Hawaii. So that will be really exciting. So everyone will get to be a part of our big day after all! Second big update, our wedding is in November not February! Yes we moved it up, for many reasons, but clearly why wait, so the sooner we could get married the better, then we can get our butts into a house. Which leads me to the next update, here pretty shortly we will be looking for a home, our first home, which will be freaking sweetttttt! We hope to be in a home before Dec. 1st so we can get that sweet $8,000 tax credit! Then hopefully, we will get prego...........yes it's true we want to have babies soon! So we hope you are all doing well, and we will try to update more often!

We're ENGAGED!!!

Yep it's true......Terran popped the question last night! So perfect, we were in our PJ's and he told me how much he loved me and asked me to marry him! AMAZING.....I was in shock for sure! The ring is so freaking beautiful, we will get a picture up on here soon. So now on to the details....the wedding will be in Arizona-in feb-march of 2010. If you can't make it to AZ we will be having a party up here in Portland to celebrate, but you will LOVE arizona in Feb-march, it is amazing let me just tell you, and we would love love love to have some oregon representation there in AZ! As for people in the wedding, well you have no choice, you are coming to AZ. Basically all of our wedding party are coming from out of state, so we are all traveling trust me! The colors are Purple and Turquoise, and I'm working on a website for all of the details of our wedding! Once I get it up and running, I'll let ya know! So we are both super excited, in taking the first step of the rest of our lives, we are very happy we get to share it with all of you!!!!!

Been a while

Hi there!

I know it has been a lil while since we have blogged. Clearly we need some new pictures up since all the ones that are on now are "old" so I'll work on that ASAP! Well this weekend our friends Ben and Marisa are coming down from Seattle to hang out, I think we might go to OMSI or something fun. I think the weather will be crappy which sucks since it has been so so so so nice lately. And I think we will go to Salvador Molly's this pirate restaurant this weekend with them, it should be a good time! Hmm...what else, oh last weekend Garth Brooks (a country star) came to my Dad's bar in AZ and had a private concert, which was pretty cool I'd say! Other than that, work is busy and getting busier with regionals looming in just under a month. Terran finally, and I mean FINALLY has his new car running and he is completley in love with it! It is pretty fast too which is fun! Other than that nothing is really new on the home front! We hope everyone is doing well!!!!

Filling ya in!

Hello Hello Peeps!
So I know it has been quite some time since we have updated the Blog. We have been really busy, last weekend I played in an Adult Volleyball Tournament, which was so fun but so hard on the body, we ended up playing 12 games in one days which is hard work! But it was a blast so it was worth the pain. Then this weekend we went to Arizona for a visit!!!!! Whoooo, it was so fun, nice sunny weather and it's always good to see friends and family. We even convinced my Dad to come visit us in Aug. by himself, so that will be a really awesome time! I love my Dad a ton and miss him and his laughter so much! Terran is still working on his new car but it is almost ready to be on the road, thank goodness. Now we are just home relaxing from flying so much in the last two days! This coming weekend we are going to Dallas, and we will hpefully meet up with our friend Olivia, who just returned from Iraq, and then we will be going to a going away party for Mason, who is Luke's younger brother. He will be going to Japan for a couple of years! So that will be loads of fun and I am sure we will see Zack and Kelly, t is so exciting that she is prego! So yea that is what is on the iteneriary for this weekend, then the following weekend we will be hacing the Maows down for some fun times. Maybe if it is sunny we will go to the coast. We shall see! We hope you are all doing very well, and hope to see you soon!

Well since the last post, we went to Bend and had an amazing times as always (other than the 5 and a 1/2 hour drive over), then we had some Birthday dinner with Monica on Thursday, then this weekend we Polar Plunged! So we had dinner with Monica, who is Ian and Sasha's neighbor on Thursday at the Saucebox down town Portland, then on Saturday we went to our Polar Plunge which was a really good time and our friends will have to do it with us next year! The water was pretty cold but not as cold as Terran thought it would be. We would like to thank everyone who donated to helping us reach our goal! We will be sending out Thank Yous and pics soon! Then today Terran worked on his new car he bought all day! I watched The Secret Life of Bees, which was a good movie I would say. We also watched the Changeling on Friday which was ok. Today also happens to be Terran's Mom, Mary Ann's birthday, so we send birthday wishes her way. Tomorrow is my half sister, Riata's Birthday and she will be 11.......I sent her a cute girly outfit, and some littlest pet shop toy! Fun fun fun! Ahhh catch up!

This is on the second floor, the sculpture is huge!
Ben, Marisa, and Terran in the Jam session studio!
Trying to give you a view of the scale of this thing!!!
Thats the EMP, the weird looking building!

Hey there, so this weekend we went to Seattle, it was a lot of fun! On Friday night we went to this really good pizza place, called The Rock. It was really really yummy, except our food took foreverrrrrrr. Then on Saturday we woke up and went to a really good crepe place for breakfast, then we were off to the Experience Music Project, which is a big huge music museum in Seattle. It had a really large exhibit about Great Northwest Artists like Sir-mix-a-lot, Nirvana, and Heart. It also had a huge room of interactive and real instruments, and you could even go into a room like a studio and play the instruments. We went into the JAM room and Terran played the drums then keyboard and Ben played the electric guitar, I took pictures and Marisa played the keyboard and drums. It was really fun. They also had a large exhibit on the Hatch prinitng company, which made large screen prints for music posters back in the day, which I thought was the best part. Then in the middle of the museum they have a huge, I mean HUGE, collage of guitars, from floor to ceiling, and the guitars are real and they play music you can listen to. Crazy huh?!?!?! I will have to post a picture of it so you can understand what I am talking about. We then went to U Village and did a little shopping, then went home to play this super fun board game called Blockus.....it is so fun, it is basically the opposite of Tetris, and well it's hard to explain but it's cool I promise. Then on Sunday we woke up, had some more crepes and then went for a walk around Green Lake, it's a 3 mile loop and so beautiful, and lots of people! So that was our weekend!!!! Oh also, I started Velocity Sports Performance Training, and oh my gosh......I was soooooo sore. It is basically personal training but sports stuff, like jumping, and running, and movement patterns. It is crazy fun and such good soreness, but it hurts sometimes!!!! So that's really fun and super good to the body, and now I don't have to think of the workouts, someone else does!!!! Ok so we are headed over to Bend this weekend, for the Lawless' anual Love Day party and of course Ian's birthday!!! See ya all there, we can't wait!
Love!
